Estate administration is the process in which a person’s property and assets are dealt with when they pass away.  It is a complex process that is unfortunately undertaken at a time of family stress.

  • Advising executors/administrators and beneficiaries of their rights and responsibilities
  • Contacting parties, including beneficiaries, financial institutions and government bodies, to advise of the passing of the deceased
  • Preparing applications for Grants of Probate or Grants of Administration
  • Acting as, or in place of, the executor to probate or administer an estate
  • Assisting with the administration of estates, including dealing with the estate accountant
