Originally from Ontario, I have lived and worked in beautiful Victoria for 15 years. After clerking at the Supreme Court of British Columbia, I articled and worked at a downtown Victoria law firm for over 14 years, practicing in the areas of wills & estates, real estate, employment and small business.
Prior to my career in law, I served in the Canadian Forces as an Army logistics officer. During my time in service, I traveled extensively and served as a UN Peacekeeper in Rwanda. I am proud of having served in the military and the opportunities and friendships it provided.
I attended the Royal Military College of Canada, obtaining an Honours B.A. in Economics and Commerce. Kingston lured me back and I obtained my law degree from Queen’s University.
In my spare time, my focus is spent on family activities with my two boys usually out on the water fishing, camping, or traveling. A highlight trip, which I hope to repeat, was a multi-country visit to Africa.
