Wills and Estates Assistant

We’re growing our Estates Team by adding members who have a strong sense of customer service, attention to detail and enjoy working in a positive team environment.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 3-5+ years of experience as a wills / estates legal assistant. However, we are flexible based on skills and past work experience.
  • Be familiar with the process of obtaining probate and drafting administration applications.
  • Possess strong attention to detail.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and initiative.
  • Be a motivated, positive team player.
  • Be comfortable in a busy office environment focused on providing excellent client service.

Solicitor

We’re growing our associate Solicitor Team. If you are a results focused Solicitor with a strong desire to serve your clients by providing excellent service, we want to hear from you. 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a member of good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
  • Be familiar with the laws and regulations of British Columbia.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and initiative.
  • Be motivated by providing exceptional service.
  • Have an entrepreneurial and business minded attitude.
  • Ideally have two (2) plus years of experience as a BC practicing solicitor; however, we are flexible.
