After growing up in the Okanagan I moved to Victoria to begin my post-secondary education. I completed my undergraduate degree and law degree at the University of Victoria.  During law school I participated in the co-op program, working in Yellowknife, NWT for the federal Crown and in Bangkok, Thailand. I also completed a semester at The Law Centre in Victoria, providing legal assistance to individuals.

After law school I spent 3 years in northern BC where I completed my articles and practiced in the area of criminal defense. During this time, I was in court on an almost daily basis and appeared in both Provincial and Supreme Court. Although I learned a tremendous amount working in the north I opted to return to Victoria, the place I call home. I have now shifted my practice to also include personal injury. I strive to work with my clients to achieve the best possible outcomes and to make them feel comfortable throughout the legal process, which can often times be overwhelming.

In my spare time I enjoy exploring the island, biking to local beaches, taking in a spin class, or practicing Muay Thai.  I am also an avid traveller and I am always looking to plan my next adventure.
